All orders are dispatched within 4-6 weeks from the order date, please then allow up a few additional days for shipment.

Delivery- UK Orders


We now post orders out via Evri couriers  

Southern Ireland//International Shipping Orders 

Tracked delivery- Tracked and Signed delivery for £13.00

Olivia and Ivy are not responsible for any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.


  Olivia and Ivy are not responsible for any delay once dispatched. I can only advise customers of the timescales given by the Royal Mail.

Please ensure you select the correct postal service if your delivery address is a work address i advise selecting a tracked/signed for service as any loss may not be covered for a replacement if standard service is selected.

Cancellations | Returns | Exchanges

You are welcome to cancel/amend your order within 24 hours should your order have not been started.

Refunds and exchanges on items being too small or too big are not accepted. Please use the measurement charts in the listing photos for the correct sizing. Sale items are non-returnable/non-refundable also. If your item is damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of order being delivered. Outfits damaged are to be returned within 14 days, a replacement of the exact same outfit and size will be created upon receiving the original posted item. 

If you have an issue with absolutely anything please contact me and I will try my upmost to ensure you're a happy ‘Olivia and Ivy’' customer. I am only human and I can make mistakes...should this occur I will do my best to fix the matter as soon as I can.

Any returns/refunds for orders which have received a free gift during a promotion period will be expected to return the free gift, should this not occur the gift value will be deducted from your refund.

Multiple exchanges will incur an administrative charge. 

Olivia & Ivy send all parcels/orders signed for. We will investigate any missing/delayed parcels.
